Talent Acquisition Representative - Spanish Bilingual Recruiter

That's where you come in- our Talent Acquisition team handles a heavy volume of high-priority positions across multiple departments, including sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, training managers in best-practices, and facilitating the hiring and onboarding process. 

This role focuses on providing a great experience to every candidate, and making sure our teams hire the best, brightest, and most passionate individuals.

What you will do:

  • Build social media connections and directly source talent through LinkedIn, Angellist, and other job boards
  • Post positions to internal and external application systems and job boards
  • Build connections with universities and professional groups, attend events and recruiting activities
  • Create social media posts to generate interest and build recruiting brand
  • Obtain referrals from current employees and other connections
  • Screen and interview candidates to determine fit for position and company
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
  • Assist hiring managers with interviewing and best practices
  • Research best practices in recruiting, including interview techniques, hiring resources, process improvements and industry trends
  • Negotiate salaries and create offers for approved hires
  • Work with hiring managers to create job descriptions and job postings, and understand needs of each position
  • Update hiring managers in the interview process and work directly with them in candidate review, generation, and interviewing

Requirements

What you will need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or related field
  • Fluency in English and Spanish is required for this position
  • Two or more years of experience in customer service, sales, or recruiting
  • Strong technical skills and ability to use new technologies
  • Great communication over phone, email and in person
  • Recruiting experience is a huge plus, but not required
