Entry-level Software Sales Representative

Genius Plaza is a fast-growing Education Technology company, looking for motivated people who want love working in customer-facing positions. This role will reach out to schools, principals and administrators to build relationships and introduce them to the Genius Plaza platform.

This position pays a base salary plus benefits, and commissions. Great opportunity for motivated people who want to join the education technology industry, and make great money while making a difference in the lives of students.

What you will do:

  • Proactive outreach to cold and warm leads to build relationships and introduce them to our products
  • Follow up on warm leads to schedule product demos and trainings
  • Track activity in CRM to ensure accurate information and timely responses
  • High volume of phone and email outreach to prospective clients, and assisting in sales demos
  • Build relationships with principals, superintendents and school administration, let them know why Genius Plaza's mission is one worth backing


What you will need:

  • Excellent communication skills over the phone, in person and via email
  • Motivated personality and driven by incentives and sales goals
  • Previous experience in a sales role and in reaching sales quotas
  • Comfortable with high volume of calls and emails, both outbound and incoming
  • Software or Education sales experience is preferred
